Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  1.Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  2.A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
  3.If the item is damaged or defective, please provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos as evidence whenever possible.

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  1.If our product has a clear quality issue, we sincerely apologize and will actively address it. We will provide a full refund without requiring you to return the product.
  2.For returns based on personal reasons, we offer two helpful solutions:
    ·If you pay for the return shipping costs, we will fully refund your purchase price.
    ·We will offer you a partial refund (20% of the payment), and you may keep the item.
  3.Defective products sold during clearance sales or promotional discounts are eligible for a refund.

Please note: If you purchased from one of our partners, be sure to check their return policy carefully, as it may differ from ours. We are unable to provide return or exchange services on behalf of retail partners.
